Common Business Email Hosting Issues


  1. After I configure Outlook, I can receive emails, but cannot send emails

  1. After I configure Outlook, I can receive emails, but cannot send emails.

    Your e-mail client is not configured to authenticate itself before the server. For security reasons, our servers require you to check your email before sending any messages. Please make sure you have checked “My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication” in Internet E-mail Settings option, shown as below:

  2. Using DriveHQ email I sent a test email to two email addresses, and I only received one. Why?

    Please check your junk/bulk mail folder. Please note due to a lot of spamming emails, some email servers might block DriveHQ email incorrectly. Please contact the email administrator to unblock DriveHQ email.
