The Group Account service is at the center of enterprise user management and access control. Optimized for large organizations,
it allows the group account
owner to create and manage Group Admins, Subgroup Admins, Regular Members and Guest Users.
The group owner can further create folders in his account and share them to different subgroups/subusers with different permissions.
Managing Your Users
DriveHQ's Group Admin Tool will allow you to create, view, edit, and delete user details from a centralized location.
Migrating Users for SSO
Using DriveHQ Active Directory Integration, you will be able to integrate your existing user/contact list to DriveHQ for
users to use single-sign-on service.
The Group Admin Tool provides a status summary for your group's usage. You can assign or withdraw storage from users at anytime.
Users do not need allocated storage space when working out of shared folders.
Grant 'read', 'write' or 'full access' permissions to fully control accessibility of content shared to your users.
Hand over control of other users, or directly assign contacts to specific groups. Administrators will only see the users
assigned to their groups.
Simplify your sharing process by assigning subgroup administrators to other applicable groups. There is no limit to the number
of nested subgroups you can create.
Directly access your users' accounts from the Group Admin Tool , to make remote troubleshooting a breeze.

Save time by creating groups. Share a file or folder with the entire group so that all assigned users have immediate access to the shared content.
Easily share content with users who do not have DriveHQ accounts by entering their email address in the share list. They will
only be required to confirm their email address.
Have a folder/file that you want to share with several users at various permissions? No problem! Simply re-share the folder
with a new share reference name.
