Hi to whom it may concern:

Ok lets try to explain whats happening, i installed your software but when i rebooted my pc i got this message popping up in my taskbar that windows stopped it from running, so i uninstalled everything but it's still popping up. What can i do to fix this?

I assume you are using Windows Vista? If you have downloaded the latest version DriveHQ FileManager or DriveHQ Online Backup, they are fully compatible with Vista.

Also, all DriveHQ software can be uninstalled simply by running the installer again. You can also uninstall it from Control Panel --> Add/Remove Programs.

From what you described, it seems you either didn't install a right version, or didn't install / unistall correctly. Please make sure what you installed is indeed DriveHQ software.
