According to the DriveHQ Plan Comparison, free accounts are supposed to have 5GB of storage space. I've had a free account since 2017, but I only have 1GB. Am I able to take advantage of the increased storage space? Thanks!

Hi Emotive, I have increased your free storage space to 5GB. Please note the free service can be used for personal and casual use only. Some business features such as FTP have additional restrictions.
