Are there any aditional reuqirements besides being a student to get the "Free Cloud IT service to college students and professors" promotion that is referred on

How do we request it?

I sent an email some days ago to Customer Support but since there was no response yet, I am asking all community if someone knows the asnwer to this.

 I sent an e-mail to the costumer support on 29-09-2013, and I'm still waiting for an answer.

This is the slowest (which means worst, of course) customer service I have ever exeperienced.

Do I have to wait 2 months for getting an answer for each question I have? I am very disappointed with your service..
