Dear Sir/Madam;

I notice that even though free and true accounts are supposed to have 5GB of space, I still have a limit of 1GB on my account. Any chance that can be changed?

When you signed up many years ago, DriveHQ only offered 1GB. I have increased your free storage to 5GB. Please note a True Account is still a free service account. (It usually means you signed up with a company email address). It is subject to free service limitations.
