While testing the FTP connection using my webcam software, I am able to connect and log on. However, after 30 secs the above msg appears. I've clicked the option "Use passive FTP" under Internet connections settings and checked my firewall. Everything seems correct. I am also able to upload files using drivehq, but not thru the webcam ftp. My main objective is to upload images captured on my webcam via "remote detection" to drivehq.

Can you test with other PC-based FTP client, such as FileZilla or SmartFTP, etc.?

A lot of webcams don't support passive FTP. In this case, you can have it save captured images to a local folder and then sync the folder to DriveHQ.com using DriveHQ FileManager.
