Drive Headquarters adds Event Logging feature, meeting enterprise auditing and security requirements

02/22/2011, San Ramon, California - Drive Headquarters (https://www.drivehq.com) announced today that a new Event Logging feature has been added to its popular cloud IT service. Dennis Young, DriveHQ’s VP of Marketing, said it was one of their top priorities in 2010 as many of their enterprise customers had expressed high interest for it. “We want to address the needs of our customers as best as possible. With this new feature, IT administrators now have the ability to keep an eye on how their data is being accessed and also to ensure that unauthorized access will be logged.”

By default, only a user’s logon activity is recorded to their Event Log. To record other activities such as when a file has been downloaded, renamed, or deleted, its parent folder must have the feature enabled. The full list of logged activities is as follows:

• Logon
• Upload file
• Create file
• Open/download file
• Move file
• Copy file
• Delete file
• Rename file
• Order or cancel subscription
• Create sub-user
• Create sub-user

• Edit sub-user
• Invite user to group
• Upgrade to group account
• Update password
• Allocate storage
