You can: (1) Order a new subscription plan with fewer retention days and higher image upload frequency; (2) Log in to cameraftp.com website, go to My Cameras page, click the Settings icon below your camera thumbnail, then bind the camera with the newly ordered camera license. You don't need to change the camera's FTP password, however, please verify that your camera is configured to upload based on your newly ordered subscription plan. (3) Go to Account page, click Manage Subscriptions and cancel your old subscription plan. If you have any problem, please feel free to email us.
