You will need to contact your domain name service provider and have them add a DNS A-Record such that your domain name resolves to IP address:  They will also need to add an MX record so that your e-mail domain is the mail exchanger.  Lastly, you will need to go to the custom domain setup page (log on to web client > Publish > Publish My Website > Custom Domain and input the domain name.
