Today I introduced my six-year-old to a glimpse of traditional Pampango cuisine introduced to me by my father over breakfast some forty years ago. Sinangag wit hot gatas ng kalabaw sprinkled with rock salt. Her comment: 'mmm...it's actually good' ....and the tradition is preserved and passed on to the next generation.
