I have a Vstarcam C7837WIP wireless IP  camera.  The FTP settings only allow you to set the server, port, username, and password.  There is no setting for the upload folder.  How do I set this?  On my test FTP server, I tried to add "/foldername" after the server IP, but that did not work.  How would I specify the upload folder for this service?

Please read our setup guide for generic IP cameras:

https://www.cameraftp.com/CameraFTP/Support/GenericVideoIPCamera.htm#_Toc426239778

It is mentioned at the end of Section 5.1:

Some IP cameras cannot accept the folder name parameter. In this case, you can include the folder name in username as follows:

USERNAME:Dfoldername

Password is still the regular password.

Please replace USERNAME and foldername with the real username and foldername. For example, if your CameraFTP username is “Mike”, and your camera name is “backyard”, then you need to enter “Mike:Dbackyard” as the username.
