Is it possible to transfer my account to a different camera as my current camera is defective and has been returned to the vendor.

You can add a different camera to your account without problem. You just need to make sure you have right number of camera licenses, and that your camera is configured to send footage to our FTP servers. If your defective camera is still showing on your account, you may need to sign in as the secure admin and delete it, before connecting the replacement camera.
