I am unable to delete any of the time and dated files from my online camera folder. I have the tick boxes next to them all but the delete button does not register as a link. I have lots of images on the account from when I tested the camera and would like to get rid of them. does anyone know another way of deleting these files?

 Thank you for your post.

To delete files or folders, you need to logon as camera admin. This is done directly from your My Cameras page by selecting Logon As Camera Admin. After you have entered your secure logon password, you can return to your My Cameras page and delete any unwanted files. 

If you have trouble remembering your secure password, please email and they can have a specialist reset this for you.
