I checked it and noticed that you use CameraFTP Virtual Security System (VSS) software. You can view the live video on your PC running VSS. Please note that VSS software must be running all the time. It connects to your IP cameras and records the footage to the cloud. If you turn off your PC, then it will stop uploading video clips.
To view live video from a web browser or CameraFTP Viewer app, you need to order a continuous recording plan, and make sure VSS is configured to record continuously. If this is done correctly, you should be able to view the live video. Otherwise, please contact CameraFTP support via email.
