Is it possible to transfer my account to a different camera as my current camera is defective and has been returned to the vendor.

 Hello, 

Subscriptions/accounts are in no way tied with specific cameras, so you can very easily just delete the existing camera folder and then configure your new camera to upload with the same FTP credentials.
