I have downloaded the Camera FTP VSS software and I am having trouble configuring the ip cameras that I just bought. The software scans and finds the cameras on my home network with internal ip's: and on the port 5000. However, when I try to add them it says it can't connect to the Video Stream URL. I have tried to access the cameras from the browswer by accessing but i get this error:

This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.
      <SOAP-ENV:Fault><faultcode>SOAP-ENV:Client</faultcode><faultstring>HTTP GET method not implemented</faultstring></SOAP-ENV:Fault>

Is there any chance that I could connect this no-name ip cameras?

Thank You!

Subject: Re:Need help, trying to configure 2 IP Cameras I just bought from Amazon

Is this a kind of Mini WiFi camera as documented on our supported cameras page? If so, please visit this support page:

VSS should be able to connect to it and locate the video stream. If it failed, you can try to manually enter the URL as shown in the above support page.

If it is a popular camera model, please email us the camera brand and model. We will try to find more info for you.
