We have had problems in the past with corrupted files over FTP (not using DriveHQ).
Is there automatic integrity checking if we upload file with DriveHQ File manager that will avoid this?

If you use DriveHQ FileManager, it does have MD5 checking to make sure files don't become corrupted. It is generally safer than plain FTP. ( Disclaimer: In some very rare case, file corruption could still occur. )
