Just over a year ago we subscribed to Drive Headquarters and paid a year up front. The year has since passed and we noticed we have a negative cash balance of -$12.77. I've read your instructions for depositing money, but couldn't determine if this is what I should do or if I should instead subscribe for another year. I don't want to mistakenly open another account, but I was hoping to get the discount when paying for a full year at a time ($129.99 for 10GB vs $12.99/month). I went ahead and deposited enough money to remove the negative balance of $12.77, but please confirm how I should proceed for the upcoming year's payment.  Thank you.

Subject: Re: Re-subscribe or deposit?

Your subscription automatically renews; however, please note DriveHQ never automatically charges your credit card or paypal. You need to make a new payment manually. To make a payment, please logon www.drivehq.com, click on My Account, then click on Deposit.

If you have subscribed to annual service before, then you should make a new annual payment.
