We have not been able to download files from a folder link that was provided to us.

 Thank you for your comment. Please send an email to with more detail as to the issue you are experiencing so that we may duplicate and troubleshoot. For example, was this a shared or published folder? Are you attempting to download from a web browser, ftp, webdav, filemanager, etc? Keep in mind, the browser will not allow you to download entire folders at a time - you will need to logon with DriveHQ FileManager for this. We look forward to hearing from you with this added detail.
