Hi there!

Our business currently has an Enterprise account.  Can we have an email account for every user?

Does the email storage use up the allotted storage for the user?

Do you know of any reviews done of your email hosting service?

Do you offer email encryption services?

When we forward emails is that also free?

What are the limits for how many emails we can send in a day?

>>> Our business currently has an Enterprise account.  Can we have an email account for every user?

Yes, every DriveHQ user is offered an email account by default. The email address is USERNAME@drivehq.com. If you have a domain name, you can host your custom domain email service on DriveHQ.com.

>>> Does the email storage use up the allotted storage for the user?

Yes.  If a sub-user will use the email hosting service, then you must allocate certain amount of storage space to the user.

>>> Do you know of any reviews done of your email hosting service?

Well, our email hosting service is offered as a free "bonus" service. It supports all basic email hosting features, e.g.: SMTP, POP, IMAP, Webmail, auto reply, auto forward, web-based address book, custom domain email hosting, email alias, spam filter, etc.

Our email hosting service has a much lower cost than MS Exchange Server, however, it is not designed to replace MS Exchange Server at this time. If you are currently using MS Exchange Server, please make sure you understand the differences before you migrate to our email hosting service.  If you are using other basic email hosting service, then please feel free to try our email hosting service. DriveHQ support staff uses the same DriveHQ email hosting service.

>>> Do you offer email encryption services?

No.

>>> When we forward emails is that also free? What are the limits for how many emails we can send in a day?

Do you mean forwarding emails to your DriveHQ hosted email account? Yes, it is free.  Or do you mean forwarding emails to other email domains? It is also free.

Please note to fight spammers, we have added a lot of restrictions about the maximum emails that can be sent per hour and per day. Free users can only send 5 emails/day. ( Our email hosting service is not designed for free service users. )

Also, please note DriveHQ does not offer mass emailing service. The maximum number of emails that can be sent is dependent on your available storage space. ( The information is not officially documented. If you are interested in finding more information, please contact DriveHQ sales directly. )
