My root account is allowable space for 2 GB. Then .. 

I created sub user. I have set allocation space for 1 GB, sharing folder for new one. But my root account, can not have accessed again.

Unfortunately, i am only access sub user account, and only have allocation space for 1GB ... 

Please help Web Master to solve this .. by the way thank you..

You have used our service for keylogging. Using Keylogger software with our FTP service had created too much trouble. It is strictly forbidden for free service users from doing so.

Even if you are a premium member, you must provide a copy of your credit card or photo ID, and email us a valid reason for using Keylogger.
