How does the maximum download bytes work?

I've read that there's a monthly limit of 200 Mb for downloading files for free users. That limit is very important to me in order to keep using this service. So, after I had worked a while with my synchronized files (opening then, editing them and updating the changes) I wanted to check how much had I used that downloading limit, but the "Used download bytes" index never changes (even after refreshing).

Another thing that I don't understand is the download limit: Free users are supossed to have a limiti of 200Mb, but my "Maximum download bytes" are 612Mb (and I'm a free user) (¿?).

Now the download bytes refresh, but I still don't know whats's the limit: ¿200Mb or 612Mb?
