Sorry the FTP and SFTP service is a business feature. It is not included in the free basic service and Personal Service plans. The information is documented in our FTP features page and Pricing page. Users can try the FTP or SFTP features using our free or personal service. But it is very limited. If you exceed the limit, it will be blocked. To remove the limit, please order a business subscription. The lowest business plan is the "Business Basic with 3 users" plan.
Personal users can use DriveHQ FileManager or WebDAV Drive Mapping applications. They are our native applications with easier and more powerful features than FTP or SFTP. For personal users who must use FTP, please contact us via email. We can offer you a special discount.
