If I use windows 7 command line or map network drive via computer, I get "access denied" I have triple checked my username and password and they work fine for ftp etc.

We have tested on many Windows 7 computers. In most cases, a password can contain both upper case and lower case characters. However, on certain Windows 7 PCs, passwords must be all lower case characters. We are not sure why. We have not seen any computers that require all upper case characters. Do you mean all lower case or all upper case characters.
