Hi we are trying to login to the ftp server from the linux console, but this is what we get:

[root@ITI ~]# ftp
Connected to
220 Welcome to the most popular FTP hosting service! Save on hardware, software, hosting and admin. Share files/folders with read-write permission. Visit;

After this there is a pause, it doesn't prompt for a username or a password.

Isn't there any way to login and upload the files from linux console.

Is there any limitation to number of connects for a paid user?

Subject: Re:Unable to connect to ftp server from Linux

Our service works fine on Linux. Please make sure you don't have any anti-virus / security software or firewall / router that blocks DriveHQ FTP service.

You can also try to install FileZilla on Linux and see if it works fine or not.
