 Hello,

I'm currently trying to share a file tree with my manager which contains a lot of nested folders, but for some reason it's only sharing one folder deep and that folder is showing up as empty. Would anybody know why this is?

Thank you for reaching out to us Adam.

Looking into your account, we are not able to duplicate the experience you provided above for the share you have created 'C3 Marketing'. It appears that when this share is visited and the confirmation email address is entered, the site appropriately brings up the Business Development subfolder with all other nested folders and contents. Please test this yourself to see if you are able to duplicate the experience still.

If so, please send an email to support@drivehq.com so we can work with you more closely on what might be happening on your end.

Thank You,

Thank you for your prompt response, the issue was apparantly a problem for a few days but has since been resolved.
