Hello,

Today when I tried to log in to www.drivehq.com my Mcafee Security software, on my PC, blocked your site, reporting it as a phishing site and as unsafe to load. I guess your site must have been added to Mcafee's anti-phishing database recently as it didn't happen yesterday when I logged on.

Is it safe to use www.drivehq.com now?

Many thanks.

Subject: Re: www.DriveHQ.com listed as a 'phishing' site

Please note DriveHQ.com should have never been listed as a phishing website as it cannot do any harm to users' computers. The problem was caused by some bad users who create phishing web page and hosted them on DriveHQ. It is hard to prevent this since we provide free web hosting service for True Users. However, we take immediate actions to disable those users. So it is completely safe to access DriveHQ.com for regular storage, sharing, backup, FTP and email features. The only thing you should be careful is to access websites hosted by our users; which is really completely different from DriveHQ.com website.

Your help to report the problem to Mcfee or other security software vendor is appreciated if those vendors report DriveHQ as phishing site in error. As of now, the problem seems to be  resolved.

We are still getting the McAfee message and we can't seem to get past it.

Well, it might take them a while to remove it. Please note http://www.drivehq.com is completely safe. As a general guideline, if you see www.DriveHQ.com is displaying something unrelated with DriveHQ, then it could be a phishing web page.

Also note we offer web hosting service; so you might see a page with URL like:

http://USERNAME.drivehq.com/

DriveHQ cannot guaranttee the content of these web pages. However, if you believe the content is inapproriate, please report to us and we will take actions very quickly.
