 My son's car was broken into this morning about 4 am and when I went to check the images it was not working. I know I pay a monthly bill automatically deducted from my account. I thought it was working all this time and when I need it the most, it's not working. Can you tell me why?

If you log on to your account, or check your credit card statement, you will find that you have not paid your bills for about a year. (your credit card has expired?)

CameraFTP has many ways to send you notifications about your account or camera problems. You needed to check your emails and install our mobile viewer app. Of course, it is always recommended to log on www.cameraftp.com regularly to stay informed about your account issues and our new features or special promotions.

If you want to use our service again, I can waive your current negative balance. You just need to make a deposit of $15 for the annual service.
