during sync, why DriveHQ keeps on saying, "pls wait until all upload/download tasks are finished"

I have confirmed that there are no such tasks on going, but the auto-sync doesn't work at all. Manual sync keeps on showing this message - nothing I can do now.

This is urgent, kindly help.

Please email us detailed info about which remote folder and which local folder you try to sync.

Please try to sync a small test folder in your "My Storage" folder and a local small test folder and let us know if it works. Your problem seems to be caused by the share permission: if you try to sync with a shared folder on DriveHQ, please make sure you have enough access right to the folder.
