Hey was just wondering if you were ever planning on changing your Max Download Limit as it really does put a limit on what can be done with the storage, kind of pushes me to go back to a free acount with such a limit on me.

Hello, thank you for your suggestion.  Most of our customers find that the download bytes that come with each plan are enough for their usage.  The download bytes is equal to four times the storage that you order, which is more than enough for normal usage of the service.  We are considering what we can do to improve the service for people such as yourself, but for now, the best way to increase your download bytes is to order a higher storage plan. 

Thanks for the fast reply, and for what your service does its greate, its not what im currently looking for and puts too much of a limit on me with a max download limit but im intresting in what can happen and will keep watch on what future improvemenst bring to that area
