Can I access DriveHQ email with Outlook from multiple computers?
Yes, just leave the emails on server. Please make sure you have checked “Leave a copy of messages on the server ” in Internet E-mail Settings option, shown as below:
I have configured an email account with Outlook; can I create different mail boxes for DriveHQ email?
Yes, you can create message rules to create different mail boxes for DriveHQ email.
If you want to run a newly created rule on messages already in the Inbox , select the Run this rule now on messages already in Inbox check box on the last page of the Rules Wizard.
To have this rule apply to all your accounts and Inboxes, select the Create this rule on all accounts check box on the last page of the Rules Wizard.
Do you support message rules and filters?
By using MS Outlook, Outlook Express or other email client software, you can create email rules and filters.
Microsoft Outlook can automatically move them from your Inbox to your Deleted Items folder or to any other folder you specify. Outlook creates a folder called Junk Mail , where you can move junk e-mail and then review it before deleting. Or, you can have junk e-mail delivered to your Inbox , but color coded so you can easily identify it. The list of terms that Outlook uses to filter suspected junk e-mail messages can be found in a file named Filters.txt.
You can also filter messages based on the e-mail addresses of junk and adult content senders, allowing you to move or delete all future messages from a particular sender. You can review the Junk Senders list and add and remove e-mail addresses from it.
No, most email servers limit maximum attachment size. So even if DriveHQ email supports very large attachments, it won't work on the Internet. You can use DriveHQ Online Sharing feature to email very large files.
