Information on Account Deletion
Please read the following information carefully.
You can easily cancel your subscription or delete your account online. For security reason, DriveHQ customer support cannot do so for you.
We'd like to keep improving our service.

Cannot find the feature I want
DriveHQ offers very broad enterprise cloud IT features (and cloud surveillance features). We might have the right feature for you.
Please email or call us to find it out. In some cases, we might be able to develop the feature for you.
The cost is too high
Including all costs, our total
price is usually 2 to 3 times lower than our competitors'. Please email or call us
and we might be able to work out an even better deal for you.
Too hard to use
DriveHQ offers very broad enterprise features. But you can start with easy features. Please try
WebDAV Cloud Drive Mapping. Drive Mapping is the easiest way of accessing
Cloud Storage. You can directly edit cloud files as if they are on your local drive.

Migrate to another provider
Could you please tell us which provider you are migrating to? Is there anything we can do to keep you?
We will try our best to offer you the best service at lowest price.
Migrate to in-house system
More and more companies are migrating to the cloud. Even if you keep an in-house system, you might want to embrace the cloud to some extent. For example,
back up your business data to an offsite storage; sharing files with external clients, etc.

(1) Free users don't need to cancel as it is free. Free accounts will be de-activated automatically due to inactivity.
You can opt out marketing emails.
If you still want to delete, please click Delete My Account.
(2) If you are a paying member, please make sure to:
- Delete your Cloud files (and sub-users);
- Cancel your subscription(s) online. You can go to My Account page, then click Manage Subscriptions to cancel your subscription(s);
- If you have any outstanding balance, please go to My Account page, then click Deposit to make a final payment.
- You can keep the free account, or you can click Delete My Account.
