Group accounts are ideal for organizations who have a large user base.  The group account owner typically takes care of logical issues such as billing and ordering new subscriptions, and also creating and maintaining user accounts.  User accounts can be created with different permissions and allocated specific amounts of storage and download bytes.  Users have the ability to see other users within their group and share files to them quickly.
