This is the "before" shot of my 1992 Browning Hi Power. I bought this pistol used, in very good condition as you can see here. The pistol already had a great trigger job, C&S wide trigger and C&S ring hammer.

I then sent my pistol to Jim Garthwaite for some custom work. I wanted to replace the factory target sights and add some custom touches. Here's the finished product.

Jim performed the following work: Heinie rear sight low mounted into the slide; dovetail front sight radiused to slide; crown the factory barrel; bevel the magwell; recontour the factory thumb safety; de-horn all sharp edged from the pistol; refinish the pistol with bead-blasted matte blue rounds and hand polished slide flats; Wolffe springs throughout. Sight-in and test fire with test target. Grips are Craig Spegel cocobolo.

Here's a shot of the front site. It is radiused to the slide perfectly.

The Heinie rear site is low mounted and relieved at the rear for the ring hammer.
