If you don't receive an activation email, please check your Junk / Bulk mail folder. Your email server might have blocked DriveHQ email. If you cannot find it, and if your account was created in the last two days, you can have your activation email re-sent.

Please try to log on with your correct username and password.

If you still cannot receive the activation email, please sign up again with another email address. You can also contact support@drivehq.com with your username and email address. Please NOTE if you cannot receive emails from DriveHQ, then we cannot contact/help you.

Several reasons may cause activation failure:
  • The activation URL is broken in two lines. Please copy the entire URL.
  • New accounts must be activated in 2 days. Otherwise, it is deleted. You can sign up again.
