Based on your description, you probably have some proxy server caching some dynamic web pages. Please make sure you refresh your account. If you logged on as UserA, then after successful logon, you should see on top of your browser window "Welcome UserA", if it still displays "Welcome UserB", then either this page was cached, or you had already logged on as UserB and had not logged out UserB before you tried logon as userA.
