All our Current Account customers are automatically enrolled into the Scheme, but if you don’t want to pay the £5 administration fee, you can choose to donate your Rewards to a charity of our choice. So long as you inform us that you wish to donate your rewards to charity before the administration fee is due, i.e. before 12 months Rewards have been credited to your account, your fee will be waived. You will, however, lose any Rewards that you have earned but have not yet been processed and applied at that point.
Yes. You can go back into the Scheme at any time and will be eligible for Rewards from the 1st of the next calendar month. Once you have accumulated 12 months' worth of Rewards, your first £5 administration fee will be charged.
No. You can close your account at any time, however, you will lose any Rewards that you have earned but have not yet been applied to the account. If you want to open a new account at a later stage you will be charged the £12.50 set up fee again.
No - any Rewards paid into your account are yours to keep. However, any Rewards that you have earned but have not yet been paid into your account will be donated to our chosen charity.
If you do not want to receive Rewards, or donate them to charity you may opt out of the Scheme, however, you will also be required to close your account. You will need to give us 14 days written notice, either by using the secure messaging function of your Inteŗnet Bańking, or by writing to our Customer Services team.
