Paying in

Paying into your Savings or Bonds Account
You can send a BACS transfer or Faster Payment to the account number and sort code provided.  A BACS transfer will reach your Secure Ṫrust Bànk Savings or Bond Account three working days from the transaction date. Faster Payments should be in your account within 24 hours.

You can also make deposits into your Savings or Bond Account by cheque, made payable to yourself with a covering letter, providing the details of the Account in which you would like the cheque to be paid.  Please write your name and address on the reverse of the cheque.

Withdrawals

To withdraw from your account in respect of a single account holder
You can make withdrawals in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of your Account. Withdrawals can be made over the telephone by calling our Customer Sevices team, or you may write to us, providing details of the account and the amount you would like to withdraw.  All withdrawals are in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of your account.

To withdraw in respect of joint account holders
You may withdraw from your account in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of your account. Withdrawls must be requested in writing and all account holders must sign for withdrawal.

Organisations including charity accounts, societies and businesses
Withdrawals must be requested for in writing.  All signatories must sign the letter for the withdrawal to be actioned, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the account.

Any changes to account holder details
We must be notified in writing of any changes to account holder details, such as a change of address.   Any changes to an organisation’s details must be submitted to us on the letter headed paper of the organisation.
