Library Express

Library Express does the in-house searching for the requests they receive as well as for those from Interlibrary Loan Lending. They then deliver those books, journals, and microfilm to Digital Production for copying and scanning. This began as a trial run with just the LX requests being taken to the old Reserve Department during the spring semester of 2005, before the Reserve/Duplication merger that summer.

Library Express also delivers books and bound periodicals to UTK campus users at designated campus locations. Library Express can retrieve books from departmental offices and return them to the library. To use Library Express, you must be a valid UTK graduate student, faculty or staff member.

Auburn University's AUBIExpress does not deliver paper copies, only electronic, and does not copy microfilm. http://www.lib.auburn.edu/access/ill/aubiexp_faq.htm
