Article Requests

Patrons can request photocopies and books through Library Express. Photocopies can be made from any UTK-owned journal or periodical. The cost per citation is $2.50 for the first twenty pages and $2.50 for each additional twenty pages. The maximum citation length is 60 pages.

Photocopied material can be delivered one of two ways: courier or electronically. Copies sent electronically will be uploaded to the ILLiad web site after completion. Once this has been done, you will be informed via e-mail. To retrieve your copies, log into your ILLiad account and choose "electronic delivery pick-up" from the options on the right side menu. Copies will remain on-line for thirty days. Library Express will retain a hardcopy of the article for one week.

If you have not selected electronic delivery, your copies will be delivered by courier to the delivery address designated in your profile.

The University of Kentucky offers a similar service through their Copy Express Service. They have set their fees at 15¢ per page from print and 25¢ per page from microfilm. http://www.uky.edu/Libraries/page.php?lweb_id=140&ltab_rank=4
