Working with The Rothwell Group, L.P., I had the opportunity to help further expand their unique HR software, BizRun. What made their approach to HR software unique was the desire to help users associate names to faces.
To better the experience of their software, they invited me to help develop a new feature that would allow users to learn about their co-workers, not just by recognizing their face, but by encouraging conversations.
BizQuiz is a feature of BizRun that allows employees to learn basic facts about the company and their co-workers through a trivia-like game. This new module was released in Version 6.0 of the software.
