This is a $3.99 service; it comes with support. Our web space provider may decide to terminate your web space for no reason at all and/or our web space provider may decide to stop offering hosting solutions at any given time with no notice. We do not backup sites; please ensure you keep backup copies of your data. We do offer guaranteed support. You may host any legal content you wish. We make representation but give no warranty as to the accuracy or quality of information received by any person via the server and we shall have no liability for any loss or damage to any data stored on the server.
You may not host, or link to sites that host:
1) Any material which is unlawful, threatening, abusive, malicious, defamatory, blasphemous, or profane.
2) Any material containing a virus or other hostile computer program.
3) Any material which constitutes, or encourages the commission of, a criminal offence or which infringes any patent, trade mark, design right, copyright or any other intellectual property right or similar rights of any person which may subsist under the laws of any jurisdiction.
You may not run any cpu/memory intensive scripts. Eggdrop IRC or any other cgi/php chat scripts are strictly forbidden.
Your $3.99 account may not be used for the storage of files or to be used as a file/mp3 server.
Although the hosting is $3.99, there are a few guidelines that you have to stick to so that your site will not be deleted.
* Your site MUST be in ENGLISH.
* We include a banner on either the footer or header of sites hosted with us, this is to ensure that our services will always remain $3.99 so these are not to be edited nor removed by any means for any reason.
* jeremysgrasscuts.com, including the sites that are using our 3.99 hosting service, will contain a network bar at the top of each page. This bar is to remain there and is not to be edited nor removed by any means for any reason.
* If you exceed 5.5 MB you will be notified and a small fee of $0.10 each exceeded MB will be added to you next bill and after the notification and you do not correct the problem your account will be deleted.
**Random visits to user sites will be done to ensure that all sites comply with the Terms of Service.**
