Version 4.1 ----------- # Unicode support. + Display referred web site on Preview Pane. $ To access this option go to "Settings/Newsboxes/Preview Pane", and check "Display referred website" radio-box. =================== System Requirements =================== To use Rooster you must have the following: • IBM PC or compatible. • Microsoft Windows XP/Vista/7/8 or Server 2003/2008/2012. • Internet network connection. • Administrator privileges for installation and registration. ============ Installation ============ To install Rooster: 1. Download the installation program. 2. Exit running applications. 3. Click Windows Start button, select Run..., then click the "Browse" button. 4. Browse to the folder where you saved the installation program. 5. Choose installation program file and click "OK". 6. Follow installation wizard steps, and read the description for every step. (Click the Next button to go on to the next step, or click the Back button to return to the previous step.) 8. Specify a folder in which to install Rooster, then click Next. 9. Rooster is installed in the destination directory. 10.The installer will offer to place a shortcut to Rooster on your desktop and Quick Launch bar. 11.The installer will offer to start Rooster. To uninstall Rooster: 1. Close Rooster and other running applications. 2. Click Windows start button, select Control Panel, then click "Add or Remove Programs". 3. Find and Select Rooster from the list, and click "Remove". ================ Enable HTML Help ================ To open the Help file, start Rooster, and press F1. If Help displays "This page cannot be displayed", do the following: 1. Close Help. 2. Locate Rooster.chm file, inside the folder where Rooster is installed. 3. Select and right-click the chm-file. 4. Select "Unblock" from the pop-up menu. 5.
