| Rates: | Lots of options exist. Single room rentals are available. Please Call For Availability & Pricing. 2 night minimum applies to weekend stays. A 3 night minimum applies to holidays and special events. These include MLK, President's Day, Easter Week, 4th of July, Labor Day, Downieville Downhill, Thanksgiving weekend, Christmas, and New Year Day.) |

| Deposits: | A 50% deposit is required for reservations of 4 nights or more. 2 to 3 nights must be paid in full. All deposits must be received within 5 days to hold a reservation. A security deposit of $200 is required with the second payment and will be refunded within 5 days of departure. No overnight vistors, no exceptions. |
| Cancellations: | Off Season cancellations must be received in writing at least 8 days before the scheduled arrival in order to receieve a refund. Summer Season and holiday cancellations must be received in writing 45 days before the scheduled arrival. All cancellations are subject to a $100 cancellation fee. Cancellations made with less than the required notice are not refundable. |
| Children: | Children are welcome at River Haven. For everyone's safety, they must be under close adult supervision at all times. |
| Caretaker: | There is a caretaker/owner on the property for maintenance. She will be glad to help you or to answer your questions. She maintains a private section of the house and will be glad to assist. |
No Pets / No Smoking
$25 Service Charge for all returned checks.
The River Haven Vacation Home is not responsible for any loss due to fire, accidents, or
theft.
No refunds due to road conditions, weather conditions or electrical outages.
