 Hello there,

I have paid subscription on video recording.
I have configure my camera with motion detection and the recording have been uploaded nicely.
But when I see my camera or my published page, I only see blank grey viewer.
Can you suggest me what should I do ?

Hello,

It looks like you have your camera set to continuous recording when your subscription allows motion. It is likely that our system has detected over usage for the subscription level, which is why you are not getting the image. If you adjust the camera to enable motion detection, you should see your images right away.
