Cancelations can actually only be done by the user. To cancel, please logon and follow the below steps:
- Delete your cameras and all files in your account;
- Re-configure your cameras so that they don’t connect to our FTP server.
- Then from the current subscription page, click on the Order Item ID, you can then cancel your subscription:
