We forwarded the issue to our engineers and received an update on this.
(1) About missing 12:00am: The problem seems to be caused by overlapping file times; it is not really missing; there are two 11:00am's. It is not very easy to duplicate the problem. The good part is all files were uploaded successfully. If you open the camera folder in browser or FTP, you can see all recorded video clips..
(2) About missing July 11, 2017. The problem seems to be the same as (1). Again, all files were uploaded successfully.
We can fix the issue in a few more days.
(3) The CameraFTP VSS connection time-out error messages are usually normal (esp. if you use WiFi). If you see many error messages over a short period of time, then we can check more details about the problem. VSS can automatically retry failed uploads.
