ive been using the free version for 2 weeks now uploading images from my cameras every couple of hours but now it says username or password invalid?, is my account blocked

DriveHQ's FTP service is not designed for IP cameras. In fact, our service agreement does not allow users to use IP cameras / DVRs with DriveHQ FTP service. Instead, you can use CameraFTP.com.
