Terms:
Two week minimum required during Christmas holidays - December 20 - January 1.

Deposit required:
50% deposit due upon booking
Additional 50% due 60 days prior to arrival (including tax).
Taxes of13.25%are added to rates quoted

Cancellation:
60 - 90 days: 50% cancellation fee
Less than 60 days: No refund.
